Shopify Status checker
If you can’t seem to connect to your Shopify store, the admin, or having checkout issues, the Shopify Status is a great place to start. You can see the health status of Shopify’s severs to determine the cause of the issue.

Connect with a live Support Advisor
To connect with a live Support Advisor, simply type "chat with support" within our virtual Help Center assistant chat box. You'll need to log into your Shopify store and describe what you need help with so it may connect you to the right support team.
If you need assistance with Shopify POS and would like to speak with one of our Retail Support Advisors on the phone, you can locate the Retail Support phone number associated to your account by opening up the Shopify POS app.
Once opened, on the bottom menu bar > tap on more > tap on Support > tap on Contact Support.
